I started at 10:54 and went along the Mainzer Höhenweg. My husband dropped me off and than waited for me at the end. The 31k can easily be done without any crew or support in general as I did. Quite windy, muddy and hail - I got the full experience but it was great :) Will do it again to beat my time in better weather conditions at some point I think. Highly recommend running it, I bet it's even nicer when the wine season begins and all the vineyards are flourishing.
