It was a beautiful run through the Hessian and Baden-Wuerttemberg parts of the Bergstraße via thick forests and nice vineyards. The route is actually planned as a long-distance hike over several days. I ran alone except for the first 15 and last 27 kilometers. The run was supported by a resupply of food and drinks at four stations. The stations were as follows:
1. After about 39.5 km at "Burg Starkenburg".
2. After about 70.9 km at "Parkplatz Raubschloß".
3. After about 89.7 km at "Wanderparkplatz Pappelbach".
4. After about 110 km at "Wanderparkplatz Turnerbrunnen".
