Car park to summit and back. First 1.25 mi and last 1 mi or so of the climb are techy and steep, middle section decently runnable. Aside from a few rocky sections I was able to cruise on the downhill. Two flasks of water were perfect amount since it was decently cool until the descent. Great views at the top! Pit toilet available about 200m up the track from the car park, $2 entry fee still required.
