Doing up the loops between Strathgartney Provincial Park and Bonshaw Provincial Park, this is PEI hilly. It's a common island trail runner mecca and shared with horses, hikers, and mountain bikers. It leaves from Strathgartney Provincial park and heads through the GOAT trail to the equestrian park, following beside the scenic west river with it's eagles and assorted wildlife. You will cross under the TCH into Bonshaw and climb back up to the initial elevation to had back to the parking lot. Witnessing the shrinking of river to stream, open field to forest, you will experience some of PEI's most scenic running routes.
